The RTU-2500 Lift System is commercial/industrial grade, safe, and easy to use. Our unique design enables the RTU-2500 to be the ONLY SYSTEM AVAILABLE to be hoisted through any roof hatch, without disassembly. Not all rooftop HVAC installations or replacements are able to be accessed by a crane due to: power lines, property restrictions, etc. The use of a large crane or helicopter is
very costly and time consuming. Our system eliminates the need for a large crane or helicopter, which drastically reduces job costs.

Simply attach the sub-frame mounting brackets via 1/2" bolts to the rail of any rooftop unit for a safe lifting point. Attach the post assembly to the sub-frame mounting bracket and pin the jack post assembly. Large 8.5" x 18.5" fixed and Hamilton® aerospace ground support 10" dual swivel caster wheels which are equipped with roller bearings. This allows for smooth operation, 0° turning radius, and overall easy control. This allows the technicians to easily maneuver the HVAC equipment . Raise or lower the unit at all (4) corners with commercial/industrial grade manual jacks . The RTU Lift is the most stable and safest system, since wheel contact points are at each corner. No electrical/ battery components to maintain/fail, no messy chain falls, no I-beams or trolleys, which have to be kept out of the elements. The RTU Lift System is weather resistant and built to last.
All the main components on our system are modular and serviceable. Both the fixed and swivel wheels can be removed by a single 1/2" bolt should you need to remove for servicing or to reduce weight. The main components are 35 lbs. or less and 56" tall. This system can be easily pulled through a roof hatch.
You will receive the RTU-2500 in a custom designed storage system. This also keeps the RTU Lift secure when transporting to different job sites or when not in use.

The RTU Lift System is covered under a 1-Year manufacturer warranty.
